Internationally Recognized Academic Excellence
Accreditation

The Alexandrian Institute provides theological education through accredited partnerships and validated pathways, ensuring students receive internationally recognized qualifications that meet the highest academic standards.

Union Theological College holds a Royal Charter granted by Queen Victoria in 1881 and renewed by Queen Elizabeth II in 2021, providing the authority to award degrees recognized throughout the UK, US, and internationally.
All programs, including those delivered in partnership with The Alexandrian Institute, undergo review by the Quality Assurance Association for Higher Education, meeting UK Higher Education accreditation standards.
Students admitted through our partnership become full UTC students with complete access to college resources, including the Gamble Library, research support, college events, and all rights and privileges afforded to University students.
All Alexandrian Institute faculty teaching in postgraduate programs hold appointments with Union Theological College as recognized teachers, program coordinators, or research associates, subject to UTC policies and review procedures.

Our Pillars Certificates are designed for transfer to accredited partner institutions, meeting regional and ATS standards for credit application toward MA and MDiv programmes.
Students receive assistance in submitting curricula to potential transfer institutions. For inquiries about new cooperating schools or transfer support, contact registrar@alexandrianinstitute.org.
